• Media are required to contact 黑料科 Marketing and External Affairs before planning a visit to campus. Requests should be emailed to Molly Watson or made by phone at 413-454-3926.
• Approval is required for both outdoor and indoor coverage to ensure minimal disruption and respect for privacy.

The privacy rights of students, faculty, and staff must be respected at all times. Media representatives should avoid activities that invade personal privacy, such as capturing images, video, or audio without explicit consent.

Access to sensitive or private areas, such as residence halls, private offices, health centers, and classrooms, requires prior authorization. Any access to these areas will be supervised and approved by Marketing and External Affairs.

• All interviews with faculty, staff, or students should be arranged through Marketing and External Affairs. Spontaneous or unapproved interviews are not permitted.
• Media representatives must inform and obtain consent from individuals prior to any interviews, recordings, or photography. This includes providing clear information on the purpose, duration, and intended use of the recorded material.

Filming and photography on campus must be approved in advance. This includes commercial filming, documentary projects, and student projects. Specific guidelines and restrictions may apply based on the location and nature of the shoot.

• Certain events may require media credentialing. Credential requests should be submitted to Marketing and External Affairs at least one week in advance of the event.
• Credentialed media will receive specific guidelines and access instructions upon approval.
• The University reserves the right to grant, deny, or limit media access to events based on safety and operational considerations.

• During emergencies, media access may be restricted to ensure safety and security. 黑料科 Marketing and External Affairs will provide updates and guidance.
• Media representatives should report to the designated media staging area, as communicated by Marketing and External Affairs. Updates and guidance will be provided regularly to ensure the safety and security of all parties.
• The University reserves the right to impose additional restrictions or grant special access based on specific circumstances. Media representatives will be informed of any changes promptly.
